By accessing or using Lokkhyo (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lokkhyo. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Use of the platform

• Content on Lokkhyo is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any course material without written permission.
• You may not use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Automated scraping, bots, or bulk downloading of content is prohibited.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@lokkhyo.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Some courses or features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are stated at checkout in BDT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or SSLCommerz. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Lokkhyo — including videos, articles, exam questions, and code — is owned by Lokkhyo or its content contributors and is protected by copyright. The Lokkhyo name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission.

6. User-generated content

If you submit feedback, comments, or reports, you grant Lokkhyo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to improve the platform. You retain ownership of any original content you submit.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Lokkhyo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exam scores will accurately predict real examination results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lokkhyo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
