Lokkhyo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
We use cookies only for essential purposes: authentication sessions, your theme preference, and remembering your course progress. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment, Stripe/SSLCommerz for payments, Bunny.net for video delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@lokkhyo.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limiting, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials safe.
Lokkhyo is intended for students of all ages. If a user under 13 registers, we request parental consent before processing their data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of Lokkhyo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions or concerns about this policy, contact us at support@lokkhyo.com.
