About Lokkhyo

Lokkhyo is a free online learning platform built for Bangladeshi students. We offer structured courses for SSC, HSC, University Admission, International Admission (IELTS/SAT), and Computing — combining video lessons, written articles, interactive simulators, and practice exams.

Our mission

Quality education should not depend on geography or family income. Our mission is to make expert-taught, exam-focused content freely available to every student in Bangladesh — from rural upazilas to city coaching centres. All courses are free while we grow the platform and community.

• University Admission: targeted preparation for public and private university entrance tests.
• International Admission: IELTS preparation and study-abroad guidance.
• Computing: programming, data structures, algorithms, and web development — taught from scratch.
• Model Tests: timed, full-length mock exams with instant scoring and detailed feedback.
• Weekly Leaderboard: gamified progress tracking to keep learners motivated.

Technology

Lokkhyo is built with Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS. Video content is hosted on Bunny.net for fast delivery across Bangladesh. The platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can install it on your phone and access lessons even with a slow connection.

Founder

Lokkhyo was founded by Chinmoy Kumar Saha, a software engineer passionate about education technology. The platform started as a personal project to help students in Bangladesh get the same quality of preparation that was previously only available in expensive coaching centres.
